How long does it take to receive my POS machine once I've been approved?

Upon approval of your application the machine is shipped out priority courier and should be received within 2 business days. The machine is pre-programmed and ready for use. You can plug it in and begin processing transactions immediately.

Can you help me setup and configure my POS machine?

Yes. Your machine is delivered pre-programmed and ready to use. However, if you need help setting it up, or with any issues regarding your POS system we have 24 hour phone based support to help with any questions you may have.

Yes. Our machines are configured to process both credit and debit (Interac) payments. It is included as a standard part of the service.
The POS unit includes the Ingenico -050 keypad which the customer can use to enter their pin code when processing debit transactions.
